1. Paid consultation
Consultation and professional service fees depend on the selected route, scope and preparation required. The exact consultation charge and any larger service package must be confirmed in writing before payment.
2. What the first consultation includes
- Initial profile and goal review
- Route and preparation discussion
- A practical next-step brief
A consultant is expected to respond to a submitted request within one business day. This response-time target is temporary dummy content and must be verified operationally.
3. Payment structure
A 50% advance payment is required before the agreed process begins.
For admission services, the remaining 50% is due after admission is secured. Other service routes use the equivalent milestone stated in the written proposal.
4. Non-refundable payments
Both installments are non-refundable once paid, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Clients should read the written scope and ask questions before paying. Starting work, research, document review, reserved consultant time and administrative preparation may occur after the advance is received.
5. Costs not included
Government, university, testing, translation, courier, medical, biometric, insurance and other third-party fees are not included unless the written proposal says otherwise.
