Terms of Service

A temporary draft describing the boundaries, responsibilities and commercial terms of PoloFly guidance.

Temporary policy draftTemporary draft: contact details, office information, fees and policies must be verified before final production use.

1. Scope of guidance

PoloFly may provide education admissions, visitor or business travel, mobility, document, refusal-review and interview-preparation guidance according to the written scope agreed for each client.

2. No guaranteed outcome

PoloFly does not guarantee admission, scholarships, visas, permits, interviews or any official decision. Final decisions always remain with institutions, embassies, immigration authorities and other official bodies.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide complete, accurate and authentic information, review documents before submission, meet deadlines, attend appointments and promptly disclose refusals, immigration history or other facts relevant to the service.

4. Fees and milestones

Fees depend on the route and agreed scope. A written proposal should identify the total fee, included work, payment milestones and any third-party costs before work begins. The standard draft structure is 50% in advance and the remaining 50% at the stated outcome milestone.

5. Third-party expenses

University, government, test, translation, courier, medical, biometric and other third-party charges are separate unless the written proposal explicitly says otherwise.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Paid installments are treated as non-refundable under this draft policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

7. Changes and governing terms

The signed proposal or service agreement controls if it conflicts with this website draft. These terms must be reviewed for the laws that apply to the final business entity and client location before production publication.
